一、定义与说明
“自动续费”指在订阅到期前，由 Apple 按您所选计费周期，自动从您的 Apple ID 扣费并延长订阅期限的服务。
二、开启与关闭
- 默认开启自动续费，以确保服务连续性；
- 您可随时在
设置 > [您的姓名] > 订阅中管理或关闭自动续费； - 为避免自动扣费，请在当前周期到期前至少 24 小时 关闭。
三、扣费与价格变更
- 扣费金额以 App 内展示价格为准，由 Apple 执行；
- 如价格调整，将遵循 Apple 规则并在续订前提示；
- 您可在 Apple 发送的收据邮件中查看扣费详情。
四、试用、暂停与到期
- 提供免费试用的，试用期结束后将自动转为付费订阅，除非您提前取消；
- 到期未续费的，会员权益自动终止；
- 我们保留因违规或异常使用而暂停或终止服务的权利。
五、取消与退款
- 取消由用户在 Apple ID 订阅管理中自行操作；
- 退款由 Apple 按其政策处理，我们不直接提供退款；

六、用户责任
请妥善管理您的 Apple ID 与订阅设置。因您个人操作不当导致的扣费、续费或服务中断，由您自行承担。
七、适用法律与争议解决
本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖。发生争议的，双方应先行协商；协商不成的，提交公司所在地有管辖权的人民法院解决。

1. Definitions
“Auto-Renewal” means your subscription will renew automatically before it expires, with the subscription fee charged to your Apple ID according to your selected billing period.
2. Enable/Disable
- Auto-renewal is enabled by default to ensure service continuity;
- You can manage or turn it off anytime in
Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions; - To avoid renewal, turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
3. Charges and Price Changes
- Charges are based on in-app prices and processed by Apple;
- Price adjustments will follow Apple’s rules and be disclosed prior to renewal;
- Billing details are available in Apple’s email receipts.
4. Trials, Suspension, and Expiration
- If a free trial is provided, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel beforehand;
- Membership benefits end automatically if not renewed;
- We may suspend or terminate the Service for violations or abnormal usage.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
- Users must cancel via Apple ID subscription settings;
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we do not process refunds directly;

6. User Responsibility
Please manage your Apple ID and subscription settings carefully. You are responsible for fees, renewals, or service interruptions caused by your own operations.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be settled first through negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the People’s Court with jurisdiction at our registered address.
