一、总则
欢迎使用 EmoHug 提供的会员服务(以下简称“本服务”)。为保障您的合法权益,请在开通或使用本服务前,仔细阅读并充分理解本协议全部内容。一旦您勾选同意或实际使用本服务,即视为您已阅读、理解并同意受本协议约束。
二、服务内容
- 高级功能解锁:包括但不限于高级情绪分析、情绪趋势报告、AI 生图与更高频次的功能额度;
- 个性化推荐:基于情绪数据与偏好,为您提供更符合需求的练习与内容推荐;
- 优先体验:新功能内测与会员专属标识等。
三、开通与期限
- 您可选择按月 / 按季 / 按年等不同套餐开通本服务;
- 服务自您完成支付并由 Apple 确认后生效;
- 服务仅限账户本人使用,不得转让、出借、共享或用于商业转售。
四、费用与支付
- 费用以 App 内展示的价格为准,实际支付由 Apple 通过 App Store 代收代付;
- 除法律法规或 Apple 退款政策另有规定外,已支付费用不予退还;
- 如涉及价格调整,将按 Apple 规则执行,并在续订前进行提示。
五、自动续费
为保证服务连续性,订阅默认开启自动续费。到期前 24 小时内,Apple 将从您的 Apple ID 扣费并延长订阅期限。您可随时在 设置 > [您的姓名] > 订阅 中管理或关闭自动续费(详见Apple 官方说明)。
六、试用与到期
- 如提供免费试用,到期后将自动转为付费订阅,除非您提前至少 24 小时在订阅管理中取消;
- 到期未续费的,会员权益将自动终止。
七、用户权利与义务
- 您应遵守法律法规及本协议约定,不得利用本服务从事违法、不当或侵害他人合法权益的行为;
- 您应妥善保管账户与设备,不得进行任何危及账号安全的操作;
- 如发现账号异常,请及时联系我们。
八、隐私与数据保护
我们遵守《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》等法律法规,严格保护您的个人信息安全。详情请参见《隐私政策》。未经您的明示同意,我们不会将个人信息用于与提供本服务无关的目的。
九、知识产权
EmoHug 相关软件、界面、算法、模型及内容的知识产权归本公司或相关权利人所有。未经授权,您不得复制、修改、反向工程、出售或转许可任何相关内容。
十、非医疗声明
本服务旨在提供情绪自我管理与生活方式支持,不构成医疗或心理诊疗建议,亦不替代专业人士。如遇紧急或危机情况,请立即联系当地专业机构或急救电话。
十一、协议变更与终止
- 我们可能根据业务需要对本协议进行更新,并在页面或应用内进行提示;
- 如您不同意变更内容,您有权停止使用;继续使用视为同意变更;
- 如您严重违反本协议,我们可中止或终止向您提供服务。
十二、适用法律与争议解决
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议产生的争议,首先应友好协商解决;协商不成的,提交【公司所在地有管辖权的人民法院】诉讼解决。

1. General
Welcome to the EmoHug Membership Service (“Service”). Please read this Agreement carefully before activation. By subscribing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
2. Scope of Services
- Premium features: including but not limited to advanced emotion analytics, trend reports, AI-generated images, and higher usage limits;
- Personalized recommendations: content and practices tailored to your mood data and preferences;
- Early access: beta access to new features and member badges.
3. Activation and Term
- Plans are available on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis;
- The Service becomes effective upon successful payment and Apple’s confirmation;
- Membership is for personal use only and may not be transferred, lent, shared, or resold.
4. Fees and Payment
- Fees are as displayed in-app. Payments are processed by Apple via the App Store;
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or permitted by Apple’s policies;
- Price adjustments, if any, will follow Apple’s rules and be disclosed prior to renewal.
5. Auto-Renewal
To ensure continuity, subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. Your Apple ID will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or turn off auto-renewal anytime in Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions (see the official Apple guide).
6. Trials and Expiration
- If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before it ends;
- Membership benefits terminate automatically if not renewed.
7. User Rights and Obligations
- Comply with applicable laws and this Agreement; do not use the Service for unlawful or inappropriate purposes;
- Keep your account and device secure and notify us promptly of any abnormal activity;
- Use of the Service must not infringe the rights of others.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We comply with applicable privacy laws, including China’s Personal Information Protection Law. See our Privacy Policy for details. We will not use your personal information for purposes unrelated to providing the Service without your express consent.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights in EmoHug software, interfaces, algorithms, models, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, or sublicense any related content without authorization.
10. Non-Medical Disclaimer
The Service provides emotional self-management and lifestyle support. It is not medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment and does not replace professional services. In emergencies, contact local professionals or hotlines immediately.
11. Changes and Termination
- We may update this Agreement as needed and notify you on the page or in-app;
- If you disagree with changes, you may stop using the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance;
- We may suspend or terminate the Service for serious breaches of this Agreement.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; failing which, they shall be submitted to the People’s Court with jurisdiction at our registered address.
